We offer cupping into our therapeutic massage treatments at no extra charge. If you'd like cupping added or have questions about cupping just ask your therapist before your treatment.

Hot Stone Massage

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. It also helps the muscles relax at a faster rate so the therapist can get into the deeper levels of the tissue.

Our hot stone treatments are also therapeutic in nature, however if you would like a relaxation treatment just let us know!

Prenatal Massage Therapy

Prenatal massage is a form of therapeutic massage that focuses on the needs of the mother-to-be. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. The gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with any stage of pregnancy.

RAPID is an evidence based manual therapy technique that can be used to quickly and effectively eliminate pain. RAPID is a lotion-free treatment, please wear loose clothing that you can move in!

So what does it look like? Your therapist will anchor the tissue where it attaches to the bone (this is the fascia) and you will do active movement. This creates a process in the body that will rehydrate and lubricate the fascia, allowing for more movement and less pain.

Some of the conditions that can be resolved with RAPID-NFR include:
Headaches/Migraines, Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Shin splints, Shoulder Pain, Sciatica. Plantar Fasciitis, Knee Issues,Tennis/Golfers Elbow, TMJ, Frozen shoulder, Bursitis, Bunions and Arthritic Joints & Neurological Hypersensitivity

Hi everyone,

I’ve been in Grande Prairie since September of 2015 and have been graduated and massaging since June of 2013! Crazy how time has just flown.

I completed my 2200 hr massage training in Ontario and graduated with honours.

Typically my treatments tend to be more on the deep tissue and sports oriented side however, I am more than willing to do a lovely relaxation massage as well if that is what you would prefer.

If for some reason you can’t find a time that works for you there is an option to be added to a wait list or please send me a text and I will try my best to make something work.

Also, please do not hesitate to contact me either by phone, text or email should you have any questions or concerns.

Hope to see you soon!

Hi everyone,

I finished taking my massage schooling in July of 2021, and I look forward to helping clients learn how massage can be beneficial to them in many ways, both physical and from the mental health aspect as well. This year I have taken extra training in Trauma Informed Care as well as Applied Reflexology for the Massage Therapist. The reflexology will be a great add on to the end of your massage treatment!

I am very excited to be continuing my massage training to become the best I can be while furthering my extra massage modalities to include sports therapy, hot stone massage and cupping.

Can’t wait to meet you all, Sinead

Hey lovelie!! I’m Jenna and I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2014, graduating top of my class with my 2200hr diploma in Manitoba.

I lived in Kelowna for just under 2 years and absolutely fell in love with the mountains!! While I was there I had the opportunity to do my yoga teacher training, as well as beginning to dive into polyvagal theory & working with the nervous system from a trauma-informed perspective. All of which I now incorporate into my treatments as well.

I’ve worked in award winning spa environments and sports clinics, which allow me to treat in a way that creates effective deep tissue results that are also an enjoyable experience (no lamaze breathing required haha!) I blend breathwork & myofascial release to create space in your body and then reinforce the mind-body connection with dynamic movement.

I believe in having you leave the clinic empowered on how to work with your body so that the stress you experience day to day can move through instead of getting stuck in your tissues, as well as understand how friggen amazing your body is!! (yep, this is my nerdy so if you’re curious ask away)

I can’t wait to work with you soon!!
